Inventory Control Specialist

We are hiring two Inventory Control Specialists to support operations at two separate locations: Memphis, Tennessee and Hobbs, New Mexico. In this role, you’ll manage parts inventory, handle shipping and receiving, and ensure timely delivery of materials to jobsites. You will also collaborate closely with the central warehouse and safely operate forklifts for daily inventory tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and maintain parts inventory; perform regular counts and audits
• Manage inventory records accurately in management systems
• Oversee shipping and receiving, inspect deliveries, and prepare shipments
• Operate forklifts for loading/unloading and inventory handling
• Deliver parts to jobsites or coordinate transportation
• Communicate with warehouse and local teams to resolve inventory issues

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in warehouse operations or inventory control
• Forklift certification or experience required
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
