Energy & Engineering Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Energy Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent on behalf of our clients. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure that their organization continues to thrive in the competitive energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions. Create and execute targeted recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, industry networks, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization. Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to inform recruitment strategies and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Client & Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of our organization.


  • Degree preferred, but not required.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter in the energy industry or related fields- i.e: upstream, offshore, midstream, petrochemicals, refining, renewables, LNG, clean energy.
  • Knowledge of the oil and energy sector, including market trends and industry-specific skillsets.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
