Electrical Engineer – Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (or strong Project Coordinator ready to step up) to support ongoing construction and engineering efforts within a Memphis-based industrial or utility-focused operation. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of coordination between teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment across technical, logistical, and field execution components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily project coordination and administrative support to senior-level construction leadership.

  • Act as a liaison between engineering, field operations, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project execution.

  • Monitor and manage project timelines, track tasks, and help resolve technical or logistical challenges.

  • Support the delivery of major project milestones related to infrastructure development in a utility or industrial setting.

Preferred Background:

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in a utility, industrial, or construction environment.

  • Background in electrical engineering is a plus, but not required.

  • Experience in power generation projects is not necessary.

  • Familiarity with utility operations, permitting, and scheduling processes is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary in the range of $120,000 – $150,000 based on experience and qualifications.
