Senior Gas Turbine Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Gas Turbine Specialist to join a high-performing technical team supporting industrial and power generation operations. This leadership-level position requires deep technical knowledge of gas turbine systems, hands-on experience, and oversight capabilities. Multiple roles are available at various seniority levels, and this posting reflects the most senior tier.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical guidance and leadership for gas turbine maintenance, performance, and optimization.

• Troubleshoot complex turbine system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and maintenance personnel.

• Contribute to strategy and planning for long-term asset reliability and lifecycle management.

• Ensure adherence to industry safety and quality standards during all phases of turbine operation.

Qualifications:

• Approximately 10 years of experience working directly with gas turbines, preferably in an industrial or power generation environment.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to oversee technical teams or high-value projects.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and deep understanding of turbine controls, operations, and diagnostics.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Flexibility to adapt to shifting schedules or urgent operational needs.

Additional Information:

• Prior experience in gas turbine commissioning, maintenance, or system performance tuning is highly desirable.
