Senior Construction Project Manager

We are hiring an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager – Power & Infrastructure, to oversee the ground-up build of a new power facility. This is a long-term, high-impact project, and the selected candidate will be brought on in advance of the official launch to integrate with the team and prepare for execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of a large-scale power plant construction project.
• Manage an onsite team of ~20 direct reports.
• Maintain safety standards, quality control, and project deadlines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments and report to senior leadership.
• Serve as the primary decision-maker on the construction site.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in power or industrial projects.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex construction builds.
• Proficiency with SAP and Bluebeam preferred.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
