Electrical Lead

We are hiring two experienced Electrical Leads to administer electrical construction efforts for a large-scale power plant buildout. This role is responsible for overseeing field crews, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards in the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution and control infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical crews installing and maintaining high-voltage equipment, transformers, switchgear, and control panels
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to align work with schedules and project goals
• Enforce OSHA, NFPA 70E, and site-specific safety standards
• Inspect electrical installations for compliance with NEC and operational specs
• Oversee installation of power distribution, motor control centers, instrumentation, and backup systems
• Troubleshoot electrical issues including wiring faults and equipment failures
• Lead, mentor, and train electricians and apprentices to ensure productivity and quality

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in power plant electrical construction
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale electrical projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and quality assurance
